Give us an overview of the Amy Wienands Group (Location, how many team members, services, etc)

AWRE is located in Waterloo, Iowa. We have 21 real estate agents, and 14 operations team members. We love serving the clients of the Cedar Valley by helping with their real estate needs.

What do your clients love about you?

We spend a lot of time and effort making sure that the client has an excellent experience. We focus on the client and the long term relationship with them. Our clients value that we care for them beyond just a real estate transaction.

What are your big goals for 2021?

To continue to serve more families in our market and to increase the quality of service and frequency of communication with our clients.

What is your biggest challenge as a team?

With growth brings opportunities. We are always looking to serve more families in the area without giving up the service provided throughout the transaction. This requires lots of communication within the office, with third parties and most importantly the client. This is always an area that can be improved.

Why did you choose to use Shaker?

The platform not only looks and functions in an aesthetically pleasing way, but the site also allows us to consolidate multiple platforms at the same time, ultimately making work easier.

What do you hope to accomplish with Shaker this year?

Increase communication with our clients and reduce duplication by eliminating other platforms.

What are one or two things you love about working in Real Estate?

The clients - we really care about a lifetime relationship. We don’t want to sell them one house, but to build a relationship with them that causes them to come back to us time and time again and refer all of their friends and family to our team. We also love to positively impact our community and love to help grow the Cedar Valley.
