Can I brand my account?

Yes! You can brand your client portal with your teams or brokerage’s logo to create a personalized experience for your clients through the transaction process. Just a simple export and you are on your way.

Do I own my data?

Yes. You 100% own your customer and transaction data and have a right to take that data with you should you move away from using Shaker.  We’ll never share or sell your data to 3rd parties.

Am I required to sign a contract?

Shaker offers flexible plan management options allowing you to pay month to month or upgrade to an annual agreement to receive additional savings and participate in upgraded offerings. With month to month plans you can cancel, add or remove users at any time.

Is it hard to setup?

We know agents are busy with clients so we take every opportunity to help you onboard quickly and easily. Shaker offers free transaction checklist templates, email templates and more to get you going fast. We even provide 1:1 onboarding support and training with a shaker support agent.

Do you have plans for brokers and teams?

Yes! Shaker offers volume discounts for teams and brokers as well as customizable views and permissions for your unique needs.
